We
are pleased to inform you that the Quedan and Rural Credit Guarantee
Corporation (QUEDANCOR), a government Corporation, is now offering through
Negotiated Sale its acquired property (commercial lot) covered by TCT No.
T-004-2013005643 with an area of FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY TWO Square Meters
( 4,532 sq.m) located at Panay Avenue corner Roces Avenue, Brgy. Paligsahan,
Quezon City.
Acceptance of Offers to
Purchase shall be from July 10 to July 25, 2013. After the deadline of submission of offers,
there will be a 15-working day waiting period for Quedancor to evaluate all the proposals. The property shall be awarded to the buyer whose
offer is acceptable and the most advantageous to the government.
Should
you be interested to purchase the property, you may submit your formal offer together
with the following requirements (forms attached) to the Acquired Assets
Management Division located at Quedancor Center, # 34 Panay Avenue, Quezon City:
1.
Duly accomplished Information Sheet;
2. Duly
signed Negotiated Offer to Purchase form, in two copies;
3. Negotiated
Sale Rules and Procedures, in two copies, signed on all pages;
4. If
the offeror is a representative of an individual, corporation, partnership or
any form of entity, a written authority to represent the individual or
Secretary’s Certificate for juridical entities; and
5. Deposit
of at least ten percent (10%) of your offered price (in the form of cash or
Manager’s Check).
If
your offer is found to be acceptable and the most advantageous to the
government, your ten percent (10%) deposit shall form part of the purchase
price. The 10% deposit of the
non-winning offerors shall be refunded without interest within five (5) working
days from receipt of the Notice of Disapproval.
