President Rody Duterte will officially launch the National Inland Fisheries Development Program which aims to seed the country's lakes, rivers and creeks with an estimated 200-million fingerlings of indigenous and non-invasive fish species in ceremonies set to be held in Los Baños, Laguna by the end of May 2017.
