FORMER MARIJUANA GROWERS

GET LOANS, COFFEE SEEDLINGS

Former marijuana growers in Tinglayan, Tabuk received an incentive from the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries (DAF) on Wednesday in the form of coffee seedlings and soon-to-be released production loans.

A total of 10,000 coffee seedlings was turned over to Tinglayan leaders while a P50-million Production Loan Easy Access (PLEA) program of the Agricultural Credit Policy Council (ACPC) will be packaged for Kalinga farmers, especially marijuana growers.
